the whole bottle. Don't know why, but for a girl i can do pretty good. Not proud of it, but for some reason Jacks is the only liquor that i enjoy and it doesn't get me all screwed up. Good times have been had with those bottles! I will say i don't drink daily or weekly. haven't had a drink since Christmas. But when i do pick up that bottle watch out!
of course have a glass of coke nearby at all times...for a chaser!
I've never counted, but by the end of the night the bottles usually pretty close to gone.

They learn to eyeball it. The idea is that, when done properly, liquid falls at a constant rate of one ounce per second -- hence, why they have those pouring tops. So they actually count by seconds when dispensing drink amounts. And by doing it over and over every single working night, you get to be pretty good at it. ^^
