I like it on the rocks, but I bet it would be great mixed with Vanilla vodka, Godiva dark- shaken and served as a martini. Kinda of a kicked up chocolate martini- a chocolate mintini lol.

3 ounces Bailey's Mint Chocolate
3 scoops vanilla or chocolate ice cream
.5 ounces grenadine
Whipped Cream
Blend liquor, grenadine, and ice cream in a blender with some ice until milkshake consistency. Top with whipped cream and enjoy.
It's a bit like Mint chocolate chip ice cream, with a hint of cherry in it. Very good in the summer.
In the winter, you can do a similar thing by adding Bailey's Mint Chocolate to your hot chocolate for a warm kick.
