each alcohol has a different drunk i'll break it down for you since i'm quite the experienced drinking (not a good thing)
1. Tequila - Has a very intense drunk feeling, making you kind of a messy drunk. Most belligerent drunks drink lots of tequila
2. Rum - Lot more calm, but when it comes to blacking out you'll stay asleep longer
3. Vodka - You want to fight
4. Bourbon/Whiskey - More of a refined drunk
5. Cocktails - Since the taste is improved you tend to drink more and since there's different types of liquors you get a very mixed drunk feeling
6. Beer - Get the chest chin feeling
7. Wine - Warm
champagne. or tequila. even wine.

Some will say sake. Japanese rice wine. Its percentage of alcohol is relatively low, about the same as any wine (12-16%), but it is traditionally heated. Warming the alcohol means it is absorbed into your bloodstream faster and easier.
Percentage wise, Everclear, which is illegal in many states, is almost pure alcohol (98%). A full shots at that percentage would get a bull elephant drunk.

Tuba gets me drunk the most. its a pasteurized coconut alcohol
everclear mixed with undiluted welches fruit drink concentrate. the alcohol hooks up to the sugar in the concentrate and goes ye hah.
Whiskey
Pretty much any whiskey or alcohol that is over 90 proof.....wine also has a very high alcohol content

but heres a fun way to find out - buy as much alcohol as u can and start experimenting :)

Any kind of alcohol will get you drunk. Methanol will get you dead. I'd recommend sticking with any ethanol based product.
i would saY GRAPPA. its like having fire in a bottle if you can imagine that.
try 151 bacardi rum. or everclear. and if your lucky go down south to mississippi,or in the mountain's if you ask the right people you just might be able to score some moon shine that's the strongest of all liquor.
