It all depends on the individual if that amount is too much. Also, three hurricanes does not equal 9 midget beers, the hurricanes are much more potent...
Here is the recipe for one hurricane:
2 oz light rum
2 oz dark rum
2 oz passion fruit juice
1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 tbsp simple syrup
1 tbsp grenadine
Garnish with orange slice and cherry
NO it does not equal nine midget beers.
