The blood pressure is not that bad...yet. You are still young.
You need to look a little further. Find God, get some depth in your life by reading more and seeking more.
Listen to some good music, go outside and take a hike!
Do something positive for someone else that could use YOUR support.
Drink for a little pleasure when the time permits.
Otherwise you are throwing away a perfectly useful life.

AA. hit it up.

I would contact a doctor

You need help! You might want to consider AA or some type of couseling...

Sounds like you may have an alcohol problem, you would be surprised the things that you can enjoy in life without drugs.

that's called alcoholism.... you have more issues to speak to a Dr then just your blood pressure

For one thing, you should stop drinking everyday. Drinking will lower your blood pressure while you drink but the next day, makes it rise sky high. Just because you're not overweight doesn't mean the alcohol isn't effecting your health. Do you know why alcohol burns to swallow it? Because it's actually burning your flesh! Especially hard liquor can cause chronic heartburn, acid reflux, if you're only in your mid 20's and your blood pressure is already that high, you need to do something about it.

i would say see a doctor

I used to get drunk like.. Every 2 days and I am 16 .. Which is VERY badd.. And tends to be a slight sign of early alcoholism.. So if you want to stay alive for another few years you may want to stop drinking for a little bit. As well as slowly killing you, it makes you a lot less fit, damages your immune system and .. Well kind of drives you to an early death. If you think you need help, contact the AA (not roadside recovery in the UK) or see a doctor. And good luck mate!

It is widely debated among health care providers but current tests are showing that alcohol used in moderation (two drinks a day) can reduce HPB and improve circulation. The effects of excessive use of alcohol will cause your blood pressure (mostly systolic) to increase. 140/90 is considered a good BP... If you increased the amount of exercise or reduced your sodium (don't eat fast food) you could get you BP well under that naturally.

I generally have 1 or 2 drinks 5 days a week. This is considered moderate consumption and I've been able to reduce my HPB to a normal range through diet and exercise without the need for medication.

Just get high.......just kidding consult your doctor cause you have a drinking problem

I've told you, you better quit that!
