How much does a case of 6 1.75L bottles of Rubinoff or Czar Vodka cost?

They are cheap brands that I buy here in Massachusetts, but I'm not sure if they are sold elsewhere. Does anyone know? If not, then what's like the cheapest case I could find and how much do you think I would pay ? Thanks
