theres not a universal thing that goes on peoples hands who are under 21... it depends on the bar.
most do a big black sharpie x and then you dont get wrist band like the of age people
They don't want to go to jail, my friend. In most States - if not all of them - it is the duty of the person serving the alcohol to keep it out of the hands (and bellies) of the minors.
I guess they feel it's more effective to arrest one bartender than it is to arrest 50 minors who want to drink underage.
Shame we have a drinking age at all, really. Take the "taboo" away, and it becomes a whole lot less enticing...
