How to care for my flask.?
I have a stainless steel flask. I usually put scotch or bourbon in it but I want to try Rumple Mintze instead. Is it ok to put a sweet liquor in a stainless flask? Also how long is it ok leave it in there?

Since your flask is stainless steel, it's ok to put just about any liquor/liqueur into it. Just remember to rinse it thoroughly before you put anything different into it, unless you like mint-flavored Glenfiddich.
As for the length of time to have liquor in it, it probably doesn't matter unless you have a bad memory and forget what's in it.
I have a flask and have wondered this too - looks like I've been doing this wrong. I just looked up a site and it says not to leave liquor in there for more than 3 days and then just to rinse it out with water between uses. Cheers!
