you can't get ANY job without a social security number, especially if they are going to take out taxes. Unless, of course, they pay you under the table, per se. No record of payment, no taxes, no need for SS#.
They may need to pay you under the table.
You would have to get paid cash, or they would have to use your visa as a social security number.
They may be able to use your Visa. Or maybe you'd have to get a work Visa. But if you want to work, I am sure that someone would want to hire you.
Do it legally or don't do it at all.
No and you can be deported for working without the right visa.
