Whats good to drink when u have a cold?!

Question: is tea okay

Answers: is tea okay

Sleepytime Tea!

Tea is good, but you should have water too. Tea can dehydrate you if you have too much cause of the caffeine.

Chicken Soup and West's Hot lemon and ginger.

Tea is fine. Lemon is good to put in the tea. Try to use a fresh lemon if at all possible. You can also put a teaspoon of honey in the tea. This will soothe your throat. Hot lemonade is very good for colds too.

Green Tea.

Wild Turkey, sip it !!!

Jack Daniels - room temp - I'm serious!

have a Hot Toddy!! my grandpa swore by those when he had a cold.... little water hot, a shot of whisky, lemon juice, and a few drops of honey!! good luck

Draino

Hot lemonade is good, made fresh or use the frozen and just add fresh juice and a wedge. Hot toddy's are good too.

Tea is ok with a bit of your favorite wiskey (before bed!). It will help you sleep. Drink plenty of fluids/water and take vitamin C. Avoid too much caffiene, as this will cause you to lose excess fluids through urination, and may make it difficult to get restful sleep. (stimulant).

Honey-mister and hot water with a wedge of lemon
or
blue berry
amaretto and hot water with a lemon wedge
hope you feel better

neo citran
soup
water
try and stay away from alcohol, it usually will make you feel worse. If anything i'd go with a hot chocolate and caramel baileys.

Technically, I should say drink lots of water and tea with honey & lemon, which is great for your throat.

Personally, I drink tons of water and sip on some Jagermeister right outta the freezer. It's cold and syrupy which coats your throat and feels great. It's like cold medicine.

Well, you did post this question in the beer, wine and spirits section. Feel better :)
