The same question again?!

Question: "Triple shot of patron on the rocks with a lilttle bit a lime"(Tpain bartender).
Like I said before English is not my native language (I already asked this question before but nobody gave me the right answer)...I don't know if he means 3 shots ot tequilla "chilled" or pour 3shots in a old fashioned glass over ice. My question might be stupid for most of you but again in my language (french) we use different terms as well as different measure

The way I read this, is you pour 3 shots of patron in an old fashioned glass with some ice in it, and top it off with a slice of lime on the rim of the glass.

That's how I drink patron.

3 shots in the glass over ice.

It's not a stupid question. I would expect it to be 3 shots (1.5 ounces per shot) in a glass over ice (on the rocks) with a slice of lime.

"On the rocks" means served over ice. A triple shot is a lot of alcohol! A little bit of lime would refer to a very small wedge of lime squeezed into the glass. Then you would drop the lime wedge into the glass, stir, and serve.

make me one too!!!
