just get plenty of rest...your body is just adjusting to your drinking habits now...drinking wine involves an aquired taste for it...i myself hate wine...and get sick as well everytime i drink it

Eat some bread.

drink water. more water. when i drink alcohol i make sure that right after that, i go to starbucks to get some caffeine to counter the depressant and "drunking" effect of alcohol. drinking water is good. just drink.

You're probably going to have to wait it out. If you can't keep fluids dow, thaen there's not much chance of force-hydrating.
Try taking very small sips of Gatorade (if can get any). and waiting a few minutes between.
For the future - ALWAYS have ample food in you before drinking. It is the most common mistake one can make and leads to all types of problems.
I feel really sorry for you, but you will get better.

drink lots of water.
and quit drinking wine.

How old are you?

Given the use of the term 'like' you may just have caught Paris-itus.

No Seriously .......What is measured as a Standard Glass of wine is quite small, if you had 'big' glasses, you may have consumed upto around 12 standard drinks. (sounds like cheaper quality wine too...as they are known for the biggest hangovers).

Try sucking on an ice block ......it will let you take in fluid without over doing it.

EDIT - Yes, best to stay off the stuff, and allthough you feel crap at the moment there is not alot you can do, try the ice blocks - stay away from coffee, and try to get something like gaterade into you as soon as you can handle it, then move on too dry toast.

Use this experience to empower you into moving away from alcohol alltogether. Think of it as a child touching the stove top & getting a burnt finger .........

Its going to be tough if you can't keep anything down, because you need to hydrate. Real bad. Get some pepto bismol or something similar. See if that will settle you stomach enough so that you can start drinking water and get a couple of Tylenol or aspirin in you too. Drink as much water as you can stand. Or juice of some kind.

wine dehydrates your body like no other alcohol, hence the headache. Its very acidic and if you have nothing in you stomach it will eat away at your stomach lining. It causes very bad acid reflux. Drink wine in moderation, never drink it to get drunk. It will make you very sick.

you just have a hangover.
Well thank goodness that at such a young age you could cure yourself from your "alcoholism".
just very very slowly eat some burnt toast with chicken broth. trust me, the char from the burnt toast settles you stomach. sipping the broth in between will help hydrate you and keep you from stuffing down the toast.
drink water, in SMALL SIPS. you are probably throwing up because you're gulping. and wait a couple minutes between sips.
you are going to be fine, you have a regular old hangover.
surprised your not familiar??
