I started drinking wine with my meals when I was 19, in South Africa... that is the tradition there.
19, when it was legal, i just dont really like drinking much anyways, i never really seemed to get the point, i only drink to enjoy it

when i was 21 yrs old.i still could remem that day it was quite funny and embarassing @ e same time. i gt drunk stay in e toilet for an hour which i dun realise that i was in there for that long.then when i came out i cry and keep on saying that i do not wanna go home.

I'm 17 and I've never partied, drank, or done anything else that equals with the partying and drinking lol. And I'm very popular. I don't plan on smoking or drinking, etc. in the future either. When I have my mind set to something that I'm going to do or in this case not going to do I stick with it, period. Although, I guess if you look at it, for the people that do, do that stuff... know a lot more about the outside life than us insiders do. Is it true that people that start drinking and/or smoking wish that they had never done it later on?

I started with beer when i was in class 9.
Now i am a great drunker.
I started at age 11. Developed a problem and drank heavily until 19. Went sober and stayed that way until age 31. I now only drink with food, and it ends after #2.
I drank beer a few times at 15 but i didn't get properly hammered till a week after my 16th birthday.Hah! ...my parents thought now that i was 16 they could trust me in the house while they were away......BIG MISTAKE!! lol
Underage drinking was actually good for me...most of the time i had to go home afterwards so i wouldn't drink loads.
When i started drinking legally i realised that 200mls of vodka and a big bottle of coca-cola (what i used to drink) was so much more fun than getting wasted on 7 pints!

I was 20 when I started drinking wine - and I've been enjoying ever since, although admittedly a lot less now that I'm 29. My first boyfriend introduced me to wine, he was 34 and we shared a Schmitt Sohne Riesling - it was so good that I started attending wine tastings and really learning about the culture of wine. To this day I'm still fascinated and usually have 1 glass a week with one meal.

I first got drunk when I was 13, but I started drinking "regularly" when I was 15.
around 13.. but it was only occasional and only a beer or two. When I turned 16 and started going to parties I drank all the time. Most of the guys I knew drank at school.

First drink was probably snuck at a family party as a kid.
I really started 'drinking' in high school, but it wasn't until college that I really started tasting what I was drinking and appreciating good quality beer and spirits.
In the last few years, I've really expanded my knowledge and true appreciation for good alcohol.
