Answers: really as healthyt as everyone says and eerything?

They are better than what you COULD be eating, but as far as nutrient content, you could do better.

No, they're lying. : P

so they say, but read the lable!

As an example, their apple and pear bar contains:

Kellogg’s Special K Cereal (43%) (Rice, Wheat {Wholewheat, Wheat Flour}, Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Defatted Wheatgerm, Dried Skimmed Milk, Salt, Barley Malt Flavouring, Vitamin C, Niacin, Iron, Vitamin B6, Riboflavin (B2), Thiamin (B1), Folic Acid, Vitamin B12), Glucose Syrup, Dried Fruit (8%) (Apple {Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide}, Ground Pear), Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Fructose, Dextrose, Dried Skimmed Milk, Humectant (Sorbitol, Glycerol), Milk Whey Powder, Calcium Carbonate, Milk Sugar, Flavourings, Citric Acid, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Malic Acid, Antioxidant (E320).

That's nearly 40% sugar in there. As with anything, read the label and make your own decisions. I find that the smaller the print of the ingredient list is on cereals, the unheathier it is. For instance, some types of Cheerios (just as a cereal I looked at recently) are over 30% sugar. :o)

they contain sugar, fructose and glucose.Far from what I call healthy!

I don't think they are terrible for you. They do keep you full for a while and stop you from eating something very unhealthy you would normally eat
