Depends what state! Where I live brands like Bud and Coors have to be 3.2% so they can be sold in the convenient stores. But the imported beers and stronger beers are in the liquor stores only.

It varies considerably, depending on the beer. Your run of the mill crap like the Coors, Bud, and Keystone you mentioned are lagers and run from 3-4%. Dos XX is a little higher (depending on the variety of Dos XX).

About 6% for domestic beers

About 3-4%. The cheaper the beer, the closer to 3%. Lite beer could be even less.
