Any suggestions for a "buttery" Chardonnay??!

Question: I prefer buttery as compared to oak or acidic fruit.

Answers: I prefer buttery as compared to oak or acidic fruit.

Kendall Jackson is definetely a good suggestion.
Stay away from French Chardonnays (Pouilly Fuisse), they tend to be lighter and more fruit-driven, and buy Californian instead.
Frei Brothers Chard is full bodied and buttery and not too expensive, as well as Chateau St. Jean and Chateau Souverain, both from Sonoma.
For around $25 you can get La Crema Chardonnay, rich and creamy.
One of the most buttery Chards I know would be Mer Soleil from Central Coast, retails around $40.

Hope I helped.

Le Pinacle- Chardonnay

Grand Ardèche Chardonnay

Rombauer is one of the favorites at our shoppe but there are many, usually higher-end, Chardonnays that are buttery and full-bodied. Au Bon Climate, Flowers, Sonoma Coast Vineyards, Fort Ross are several from California that you'll like - but they're relatively expensive.

An easy less expensive one is Kendall-Jackson.

Mmm...I love a buttery chardonnay. The best I've found are Toasted Head, Mount Pleasant (local to Missouri, so might be hard to find), and Kendall-Jackson. Check out this link to find some other great suggestions in different price ranges.

My favorite buttery chadonnay is Rombauer. It's so smooth and eay to drink. A little pricey. We pay $29 for a bottle in our local store, in a bar it may be $70 or more. I buy it anyway as a treat. good stuff.
