You can't patent drinks (or recipes of any kind). Go ahead and claim it. Food and drink items depend on marketing to gain popularity.
If you thought you'd invented it, why would you post it on a very public forum? Anyone could say "Yes! I invented that back in 1907!" and just take credit for your creation, which by the way sounds absolutely delicious.
