What's a "manly" drink that also tastes good?!

Question: My husband is looking for a cocktail that tastes good but is not considered a "girly" drink. I tell him not to worry about it and just order whatever he wants, but he's going out with guy friends and I guess he's self conscious about it. Can you suggest something? He does not like straight alcohol (or like martinis).

Tuaca. (pronounced: Too-awk-ah)

It's a vanilla bourbon. Very smooth, top shelf. You can drink it straight, on the rocks, and look very manly. Or, if straigh, hard liquor isn't your thing, order one with Coke. There are several other distilled liquors that are tasty, including Granmanier (pronounced: gran-mon-yay) and Frangelica, which are orange and almond flavored.

Gin and juice
jack and coke
Or just add everclear to anything

Margaritas! I've had them and they are awesome!

tequila

but you better make sure he dosent drive

that $hit is powerful

Nothing better than Jack Daniels and Coke. Its classic and delicious!

Jack and Coke? LOL That's so freakin' typical...I scoff at college dipwads who go into bars ordering "Jack and Coke's"

Anyway, tell your husband to order a good Scotch. Stop being a wimp.

151 bacardi rum and sprite, no coca-cola that combo will make him sick.

Gin and Tonic or a Manhattan

He should try a "Manhattan"...it's whiskey and sweet vermouth...A very popular cocktail with men.
It's potent...so just sip it!!

Tequilla is good and manly but It has a habit of making me aggressive.

A "Colorado Muther-******" It's basically a White Russian in a bigger glass with triple-sec and coke added.

Tequila Sunrise.
