If I drink tonight will the hangover effect be gone by Monday morning?!


Question: If you asked if I run tomorrow will my legs be tired by monday. Your question is a little bit like that. It really depends how long and far you run. 200m or 40 miles.

Generally eight to 10 hours sleep would see you fine the next day. If you happen to have more than 4 drinks would add another hour of sleep for every 2nd drink after 4 drinks.

Heavy drinking dehydrates so drink a lot of water during and after. If you think you've had too muc... have a preventive tylenol.

yeah, just drink lots of water and get as much sleep as you can

don't over do it, such as drinking a whole bottle of vodka, that wont give u just a hang over

depends on how much you drink. Ive had a hangover for 2 weeks. actually I almost drank myself to death with that one but unless you just get seriously wasted you should feel fine by monday.

It should be gone if you have an easy day on Sunday and a chance to sleep it off.

It's been proven that if u drink, you will feel like yuk 2morrow, to stop feeling like yuk, don't stop drinking

I guess it depends on how much you drink and what your 'recovery' plan is. I have a personal rule that I try to follow, start out with a full stomach of food, and then for every alcoholic drink I down, I take a similar sized portion of water. So, drink, then water, drink, then water, drink, then water, etc... Then just before bed, two glasses of water and some tylenol or other pain killer.

In the morning, more pain killers, a greasy breakfast, and then more water... Got to flush all that bad alcohol out of your system... Help your liver and kidneys along by giving them the fluids they need to process the poisons....
