Question:

Why do we leave whiskey outside.i mean why we dont put in freezer.?

Answers:
I never leave my whiskey outside, punk kids or stray dogs may come along and drink it.

it will freeze if it's a cheap brand , most you can put in the freezer

Who's "we"? You are the only one I ever heard of leaving their whiskey outside. Anyway, whiskey doesn't freeze, so if you want it real cold, I guess you could put it in your freezer. Most people drink it at room temperature, or warm in a hot toddy.

Brown spirits are often valued by their aromatics. They smell good, whiskey with warm notes like peat & toffee. Purists will drink whiskey with no ice or a single cube and often a drop of water. The small amount of water helps release the aromatics from the drink, too much and the flavor is diluted, too much ice and the aromatics are muted. A cheap whiskey may benefit from being in the freezer because you need to hide its taste but it is a sin to chill a decent one.

i think it tastes better warm. i used to warm my jim beam in the microwave.

Taste. The cold will nock off that sweet aroma and dull the mouth feel. If you don't drink much whiskey/ Bourbon, go ahead and chill it, but don't get caught by a connoisseur!
