What are the best things to do before and during drinking to reduce your hangover the next day?!

eat a meal before and have drink of water between each drink

Eat bread and butter a few hours before you start drinking. The bread will help absorb the alcohol, and the butter will coat your stomach so you don't get sick.

not to drink at all

eat a big meal before you go out drinking and before you go to bed drink as much water as you can.If your still hung over in the morning just have a couple shots of tequila and you will be good to go

before you go to bed, try to sober up. i dont know why, but it works! also drink water between drinks so you dont get dehydrated...

Bananas/potassium - eat plenty of them before drinking. Also for every alcoholic drink, drink a glass/bottle of water to keep from getting dehydrated.

try not to mix yer booze, anything with lots of sugar (cola) is sure to contribute to a hangover. same with lemon. if you are drinking to get hammerd stay away from wine and coolers.

drink water and limit the alcohol. Too much alcohol and you will make you look like an idiot. Been there, done it and have learned to limit the intake.

Before, eat specially foods that are high in proteins and sodium. During dring a glass of water between drinks. Next day Tylenol with a very very cold beer or 3or 4 tablespoons of honey as soon as you wake up. Happy Drinking/
