Not so sweet:
Chardonnay (oak barrel finished)

Chardonnay is a good all-around crisp nice white. You should always have one on-hand in the refrigerator

.

Try St. James White Velvet. It's really sweet, but delicious!

any reisling is good.

I like a white bordeaux.
Also Gewurztraminer is great, and I've heard Riesling is good but I haven't tried it yet.

Markham sauvignon blanc is excellent. So is Mondavi's fume blanc. And I'm a huge fan of pinot grigios. You can't go wrong with any of them unless it costs $3.

Yalumba Eden Valley Viognier
Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Gris (same as Grigio), Chardonnay, Fume Blanc, Riesling, Gewurtzraminer, Semillion, Chenin Blanc. Also, look for some whites that have been blended together. Enjoy.

Eco Domani has a delightful mid-priced Pinot Grigio and they have a blend Pinot/Chardonnay that is delicious and it's fairly new.

Le Montrachet from Domaine de la Romanee Conti. About $500.00 per bottle.
Cheers!

I've bought several different Rieslings by Dr. Loosen or JJ Prum. Excellent. $20-$40 a bottle. Good stuff.

I prefer Gewurztraminer and Rieslings from the Alsace Region of France they tend to be a little drier then their German cousins
