Why do ketchup bottles have a neck that is too narrow to fit a spoon inside?!

Question: isint it because of the viscosity???/

Answers: isint it because of the viscosity???/

i think it is because of the viscosity

Actually I think it doesn't have anything to do with the viscosity. It has to do with what people prefer. A study in the sevenities found that people like to dab their mustand on objects delicately but prefered to drown food in ketchup. So the bottle was ajusted for that fact.

I buy mine in the squeeze bottle.

I am sure it is something to do with the way it pours out, I stick a butter knife up there, they fit.

Why would you need to put a spoon in a ketchup bottle?

They do that so you will buy more ketchup sooner than you need to! It's brilliant tactic to get your moolah!
