Far and away is the Chateau Calon-Segur, it has a heart on the label... From Saint Estephe, it has been a traditional Valentines gift for over 70 years...
If you wanna be real classy id take some welchers grape juice and some 5 o'clock vodka and mix it up in a empty milk jug.

I'm thinking about one that almost everyone likes-even if champagne isn't 'their thing'. It's crisp, sweet and fruity and it effervesces, kicking it up a notch from a mere still wine.
Try gifting a bottle of Spumante Ballatore. Or Asti-Spumante, (I think Cook's even has a Spumante).
At under $10, its affordable and cheap enough to allow you to give some jewelry or chocolates, too.
