I'm sure everyone hitting the ganja would love to believe that smoking it will make you smarter, but unfortunately that's just not true. Weed won't make you dumb but if you're a less than intelligent person to begin with, then you might not want to start smoking. If you're a genius and start smoking, you'll still be above avg while you're smoking. It's probably best to stick to drinking beer....nobody ever turned "stupid" from that right??

as for these brain cells is that a fact or is every1 sayn it coz evry1 else says it kills brain cells...I dont think it does Im still brainy...I think weed just makes u moody...and how do we know that alcohol doesnt kill brain cells, when u get drunk u cant remember some of the things u have done the next day so shouldnt alcohol be classified as a brain cell killer

A little bit will make you concentrate more than usual, but it won't make you smarter. Ever visited any of the small mountain towns in Colorado. Imagine bieng in a town full of Tomy Chong's or Jay's and silent Bob's. There is a huge collection of dumb asses here and the more they smoke the dumber they get. Its pitiful.

b) sometimes when people are smart they get bored and try pot to keep up their time, but they do not get smarter, and after a few years they actually get less smart. this happened to one of my sister's friends and it was really said because he was practically a genius and now he just lazes around and does pot.
