Does Conundrum, California White Wine change from year to year?!

Question: The grapes listed on the site never seem to change.

Answers: The grapes listed on the site never seem to change.

No. It is a cuvee. It is vinted for a particular flavor.
Vintages will change the flavor slightly but they are always aiming for the same taste. The grapes should rarely, if ever change.

I have had it a couple of times and it tastes just as good year after year. I am sure depending on the season and the minerals in the soil it can change the taste of the grapes but regardless it is a good white wine for the price

Conundrum is not a "Vintage" wine. Meaning that not all the grapes used come from the same year. Each year they harvest their grapes and use some, but store much to be used in the future. While at the same time, they bring stored materials out to be used in the new batch.

They always use the same varieties of grape, and mix it in the same proportions. The idea is to create a bottle that tastes exactly the same as a bottle created the year before.
