E&J Brandy is strong, about 70 proof (which means 35% of the liquid is pure alcohol). Their cask and cream is a liqueur and is considerably weaker, I am not certain but around 35-40 proof (17%-20% pure). It tastes like a chocolate Irish cream (think Bailey's with a Hershey bar). Great in coffee and hot cocoa.
