What is the difference between well, call, and premium?!

What is the difference between well, call, and premium?


Answers:
Well - "house" brand, whatever is least expensive
Call - when you request a specific brand of liquor, for example, Maker's Mark whisky or Captain Morgan rum
Premium - the best brand available
When I bartended the highest quality liquors were called premium, the middle grade call, and the cheap-crap no-name brand well.
