the truly unpronounceable wine.

cs = ch as in church
e = e as in bet
r = lightly trilled
sz = s as in see
g = hard g, as in good
i = ee as in meet
f = same as in English
ü = same as in German; in English, the ew in few is sorta close
s = sh as in sheep

Put these together, add the fundamental rule of Hungarian pronunciation (the stress is ALWAYS on the first syllable), and you get:
CHER-seg-ee FEW-ser-esh

No, it doesn't. The failing is with the English language, not the Hungarian: trying to map Hungarian pronunciation onto English spelling is almost impossible. (The best way I can describe it is that, compared to Hungarian, English pronunciation is sloppy - full of diphthongs and not-quite-there vowels.)

And don't use the pronunciation from the back of the wine bottle: it gets sz completely wrong, resulting in something that sounds vaguely... offensive.

"cherzeki fuzheres"

no

Ceasar Fucks Her

chuhrsuhgee Fuusuhruhsh
(g as in guy) (uu as ue in tuesday)

Well, the back label of the Cserszegi Füszeres wine that I have says it is pronounced as

chair-sheggy foo-share-us

I had emails from three different people in Hungary (where the variety comes from) telling me that was incorrect and giving me their own pronunciation. But each of the three were different. So I guess a lot depends on your accent and on what region of Hungary that you come from.

However if you ask for chai-sheggy foo-share-us I reckon you'll be understood.
