Your best bet is the AMF, otherwise known as the adios mother******. It's probably the strongest, most popular blue drink around.
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Rum
1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
2 oz Sweet & Sour mix
2 oz 7-Up

You're probably looking for Blue Cura?ao, a liqueur that tastes of orange.
At bars and clubs it's usually mixed with vodka and lemonade.
