Absolutely. I asked a similar question. I believe there should be another driving test and license allowing you to operate a vehicle after drinking. Your license could have like a decal that says at what BAC level you're allowed to drive at.

I don't think so. 100% of people who drive intoxicated always excuse themselves with a false sense of security that they are perfectly capable of driving.
Just ask the men and women in the highway patrol, and they'll tell you their stories of people who can't walk a straight line, but will argue that they are very capable of driving and don't understand the risk they are putting others on the road.

There's a big difference between your statement "I feel I can operate" between the statement "I can operate". Until proven that drivers "can operate" a motor vehicle with a 0.2 BAC, there's no way the limit should be raised.
No. If your BAC is that high you have no buisness behind the wheel. You will more than likely wind up in a ditch or killing someone. And if by some miracle you do make it home, then you will be that more likely to do it agian thinking you won't get caught. Sorry to say it but thats just how people think. Maybe in the future every car will have a breathalizer that you need to take before you can start your car. I personally dont care I dont drink.
