Answers: What would you expect a 30 yr old guy to have in his glass in a bar? OR... What is your "manly" drink of choice?
How about a glass of gasoline topped with chopped bacon and served with a lit firecracker? That's pretty manly.
I think a guinness or scotch on the rocks comes across pretty manly.

A boilermaker! Fill a glass mug 3/4 full of beer. Pour a shot of whiskey into a shot glass. Drop the full shot glass, bottom down, into the beer mug so that it rests on the bottom of the mug. Enjoy!
