because it gives u energy and with that u can help her around the house?? =/

NO Energy drinks are good for you. The "energy" is really a lot of caffine & sugar that makes you hyper for a while, then, when you have used a lot of the "energy", it wears offs & all that energy usage catches up on you & makes you very, very, very, very, very, very tired.

I know this is going to hurt but your Mom probably already knows that other than totally disturbing your sleep patterns and as a result interfering with your ability to function properly when you should be awake it really does nothing good. The high level of caffeine is cause for concern as it can cause your blood vessels to constrict as well.

Check out http://wilstar.com/caffeine.htm for a list of caffeine content in different drinks, Rockstar is not listed but is 80mg per can. Which places it right at the top of the list meaning it should not be consumed within 12 hours of normal sleep. So if you are still in school the only time you should consider drinking it is in the morning and even then not every day.

This has nothing to do with 'beer wine or spirits' Move your question!

your mom is right, get off that crap.

all that taurine, caffeine, and sugar, etc. does nothing but simulate a big cup of water getting dumped onto the circuitboard that is your brain.

no doctor will ever tell you to drink that stuff.

if you need a boost, i suggest getting drinking a smoothie in the morning. I make one every morning that is specific to female body chemistry. I drink a combination of bananas, strawberries, vanilla soymilk, flax seed oil, digestive enzymes, liquid colloidal minerals, a vitamin capsule, a calcium capsule, and ice. sometimes i'll throw in some acidophilus.

You could also try some mate tea. Teavana has some great stuff called mate lemon blast.

it helped me ace an exam.
