Kings is always the best! Just a deck of cards. Start with beer then get into the harder stuff

People who need alcoholic drinking games shouldn't be drinking. That's just my opinion.
Beer Pong is great!!
Try Pigs. They sell it as a game in party stores. Instead of rolling dice, you roll two little plastic pigs. Depending on how they land - on their feet, on their snout (snouter!), on their back (if both do - razorback!), etc. - there's a rule for who drinks - you, two to the right, etc. You get to make up your own rules. It's a blast.
There's also the old standby, quarters. Put your mugs together on the table, bounce a quarter into a mug, and that person must drink.
Nazi quarters is a variation. Put an extra mug in the middle of the circle of everyone's mugs. If the quarter goes in there, everyone chugs. Last one to slam his mug down has to drink the extra mug.

@sshole, BullShit, quarters, gotta drink when someone you know has a "catch phase" they say ALL the time like "dude" or something like. Or just make up your own those are the best. You can drink to anything...lol trust me!

Pyramids is a wonderful game. And you use beer. If you use anything else you will probably pass out before you finish the first round.
