Did you eat a meal before drinking?

Only 20% of alcohol is absorbed through the stomach lining. The other 80% is in the intestines.

If you ate before you drank then your stomach was too busy digesting your food. Which while your food is being digested the opening from your stomach to your intestines is closed. Therefore you only absorbed a maximum of 20% of that alcohol. The rest of it was soaked into the food.

That is my only explanation. Hope it helped :)

cause vodka nad any alcohol with flavor doesn't do anything to ya!!

someone replaced it with water so you would not know they were stealing your vodka

'Cause you're in an alcohol induced coma now. When you come out of it in a couple of days, you'll have no memory of asking this question.

16% and .5 litres isnt that much... and eating may have effected it

dont feel nothing SMILE you is drunk

Does it taste like vodka with lemon cause i'd agree with dreamknitr's or other than that scurred is more right cause from personal experience my partner (Daniel) and his best friend (Joe) were drinking madori illusions pre mixed in bottles they had about a slab ( 24x 375 ml) each then the d@#kheads and went for a drive joe drove and they got pulled over by a cop for a breatho joe blew .11 and Daniel blew .04 you have to be under .05 to legialy drive in austraila both weigh under 80 kg and they shared a pizza so it all depends on stress food tollarance and i think your a d@#khead DaNi V what a load of s@$t

it has to do with your body chemistry and that particular brand.

i'm a super lightweight too, but every time i have had jagermeister, i could drink the whole bottle and feel nothing. anything else i'm a goner, lol.

scurred's idea could also be correct - only a small amount would be absorbed if you just ate, although since you did drink the entire bottle, i'd still find it difficult for you not to be more drunk if that was the case.

someone switched it with lemon water.

16% is just real weak get something stronger

Half a litre of 16%? No wonder.
