Their eyes are glazed over and move around a lot. They can't look at anything straight or focus. It's hard to hide the fact that you feel like a** the next day after drinking.

usually you can't hide the smell.if they are hung over they usually look cruddy and are in slow mo most of the morning.

Because all the muscles in the body relax, therefore facial expressions tend to look very different. Usually if you are hungover you are a little sluggish but it can be hidden.

There's no real way to tell if someone is drunk just by looking at them. Tough, from experience, the eyes give the most obvious signals. Look for them to be glazed over & not opened as widely as usual. But then again, that's not sureproof.
Signs a person is drunk:
Glossy eyes, bloodshot eyes, slurring their talk, zoning out, slow reactions, passing out.
If they are hung-over:
Sluggishness, sleepy all day, get thirsty more than usual, headache, stomachache

Yes, there is a way to tell if someone is drunk by looking at there face. Sometimes peoples faces become flushed ( red ). Another way is to take a pen or a pencil and hold it in front of there face. Move it from side to side and tell them to follow with there eyes. If there eyes bounce when they hit the corners they are definately drunk. The harder they bounce, the drunker they are. Learned that from a cop!
