ppl tend to throw up more with beer cuz u have ro drink more to be drunk...but the drunkenness is pretty much the same

beer has less alcohol content than hard drinks.

Beer and hard liquor are not the same, despite what the liquor lobby may be telling you. For example, a standard Scotch on the rocks is equal to 1.5 beers, a Pi?a Colada has the alcohol content of more than two beers and a Long Island Iced Tea contains as much alcohol as five to six beers.
Beer truly is the beverage of moderation

black outs .

i dont think so but hard alcohol might give you a worse hangover

Regrets

Getting drunk on hard booze does not make you fat. That is the best part of it. Beer tastes better though. Hard booze makes you crazy. It gets me a little mean, so I don't like it in excess.

Beer is a safer bet. It is much easier to "overdo it" with liquor, and that will lead to a bad night/next day or even alcohol poisoning. You may not even notice that you've had too much until it's too late. It takes about 15 minutes to totally feel a shot take effect.

If your aim is to feel good, beer will get you there just the same and you are less likely to get too intoxicated. If you know how to drink in moderation, then liquor will serve you fine as well. Personally I like beer over liquor, unless it's gin.

As far as whether or not they give you a "different drunk feeling" there really isn't one, if you know how to pace yourself. If you drink liquor too fast it won't be enjoyable and may even be a sick-drunk.

I average a case of beer a day, One day I sucked down a LT of Rum, That put me in a completely different place....
