Answers: For the most part, you DON'T! Those who venture into a frequency range that is reachable by someone still living in a human body are generally NOT spirits you would want to contact.

Eat garlic while contacting spirits
Wear the mardi graw beads while singing twinkle twinkle little star
Draw a line of chalk around urself
Stare at the mirror, while begging 4 ur soul 2 come OUT!!
Place the peanut butter on th picture and make a funny face!!
