i know, like they hide what they are drinking thinking we havent an idea, but when i see one i can spot them a mile away with that horrid look about them, eww i hate looking at them lol
Or drinking numbs them to the people who write THERE instead of THEIR, don't use apostrophes nor capital letters. I'm thinking of taking up the bottle simply from reading your question.
The cops won't hassle them if they conceal it. If they flaunt it they'll get rousted.

I don't think they're trying to hide it from you, dude. If it's a chilled drink maybe that's their only way to try to keep it cool, rather than having their warm hand directly on the bottle. Or maybe they just left it in what it came in and just never bothered to pull it out.
It has to be concealed out in public. That is so the police won't hassle them.
