Gin is usually a winner - 40% but cheap as chips! Go for the own brands to keep the cost low-low...
Vodka always works pretty well and you can get some cheap brands.

Come on guys... has no one heard of everclear??? I think there is a brand called jemclear and it's like $8 for a fifth and everclear is 190 proof...

Everclear (95% alchohol by volume) is like $17 a liter. Be careful though... The hospital is not a fun place for you night to end.
