Phillipino Drink?!

Question: Hi,

Can you please tell me the name of the pink drink listed in this picture below. I love it and am trying to figure out how to make it. It was great, i have only had it once at a work function that was catered by fillipinos. I want to make it for my wedding. It has jello, fruit cocktail and not sure what else. It is like the same density as milk.

It looks like a variation of Gulaman at Sago. It is usually blocks of agar (or jello) with balls of tapioca in sugar water and banana extract. However, it is easy and common to mix that up using coconut milk and different fruit to make tropical coolers.

What you're showing probably has some type of red jello, fruit cocktail, coconut milk, sugar, water, and fruit syrup flavoring added.

Just look around for cold gulaman drinks on google.

i dunno, looks strawberryish, i doubt it's a daiquiri tho.
