Alright this weekend instead of Jager [costs too much] we were thinking of going with Bacardi big apple? Anyone have any experience with this drink? is it good? what does it mix well with, any recipes?? would this taste okay...
3oz bacardi big apple rum
1oz apple juice
splash of mountain dew/sprite

I think that would taste okay. Bacardi Big Apple rum tastes a lot like apple jolly ranchers, that yummy fake green apple taste. If you like soda water it could be mixed with that and not be too sweet. Plus the extra water would help prevent a hang over.
Lime juice/barmix and sprite would also be pretty tasty.
For shots you could mix it half and half with butterscotch schnapps for a carmel covered apple.

We use big apple with sprite and cran at my bar most people seam to enjoy that.
