Anyway there are several recipes for Snake Bite and here are two:
Purple Snake Bite
1/2 pint lager
1/2 pint cider
2 splashes blackcurrant cordial
Method
Pour 1/2 pint Lager, and 1/2 pint Cider into a Pilsner glass, then add Black Currant until drink is purple in color.
Black Snake Bite
Ingredients: 4.0 oz. Stout Beer
4.0 oz. Hard Cider
Directions: Fill half of glass with Hard Cider. Holding an overturned spoon over the mouth of the glass, gently pour Stout (Guinness is preferred) over the spoon, creating a two-layer effect. A gentle pour is essential, to avoid excessive foaming.
