Will a handle of vodka left outside for several weeks be fine to drink?!

Question:

Will a handle of vodka left outside for several weeks be fine to drink?

The weather has been 80 degrees or less. Will it have fermented and formed blinding methanol? It appears fine. I'm worried about safety though.

Answers:
You can drink it fine, but absolutely it will have very few ethanol left. Even fewer methanol if ever. Methanol is a lot lighter and more volatile than ethanol and would be the first one to disappear.

Vodka will not ferment anymore, but once a lot of alcohol has evaporated, at certain conditions, it could become vinegar, but never ferment as it is distilled from fermented stuff.

geez, idk. my friends n i used to stash booze at the park n it got hot sometimes, changing the flavor sometimes, but it still did the trick. do u have a friend that u dont really like, and/or wouldnt mind if they were blinded? u could give it to them to check...

good vodka never goes bad..

Couldn't tell you, never had one last that long!

what the hell r u scared about if u dont want it fed ex that **** my way.

hmm i have several bottles of vodka left outside for a few years, and i live in a tropical country. i think you shd be fine. :)

open it up first let the gas escape and u'll be fine it doesn't go bad like beer

It's fine. And as long long as the lid's on it won't evaporate. I used to know this idiot who would add iced tea to it and leave it in the trunk of the car for 6 mths. He thought it made it more alchoholic. I told ya he was an idiot.

Well I no people who put it in there freezers and some who let it sit out for days at room temperture and drink it and are fine.
