Don't drink as much and drink lots of water...you will be sweatin' it out when the sun comes up...

Drink water. That is where the hangover comes from, dehydration. Have your fun, but about half-way through the night, have a glass of water between drinks, and then drink a big one before bed. It works for me...

drink as much water as you can stomach and eat an egg sandwich. protein + carbs = good.

have coffee and water ready for the morning. eat a good breakfast. good luck.

drink 2 oz extra virgin olive oil before you start drinking the oil floats and does not allow the alcohol to go to brain..

So i've found if you drink at least a whole glass of water and eat something heavy right before you go to sleep, you'll be okay in the morning. If you're not very health conscious, I highly recommend a jumbo jack with cheese from jack in the box lol. Also, popping a few tylenol is optional but recommended if you're heachache prone. I never really get headaches unless I drink a bottle of wine but everybody's different! hope that helps!

Eat bananas and try and stay away from too much smoke in closed areas.

I drink A LOT OF WATER right before going to bed and it does the trick. Maybe I'll get an itty-bitty dullness in my head, but that's about it.

This is the single most important thing: Be properly hydrated before and after you start drinking. The hangover comes from dehydration.

You can also take some pain medicine and drink some coffee the next day if you can stomach it, but the big thing is drink water!

The best way to avoid a hangover is to not drink too much, the best way to deal with a hangover is to call into work and sleep all day.

drink a bottle of water and take a multivitamin before you go to bed, then set your alarm to about an hour before you actually have to get up and take 4 ibuprofen and eat a banana. Then, when you actually have to get up, you should feel pretty good. I used to do this when I had to work at CHUCK E CHEESE the next day, and if it can work in that environment with all of the mice singing and the flashing lights, it can work anywhere!

If u really have to drink... might b for entertainment, clients or special occasion.. take your drink slow.. its ok to have more than what u usually drink but not in a quick n fast way.. after drinking, take some light food for supper, drink plenty of water. If possible get enough sleep.. next day morning drink 'ginseng tea' should be ok by then.. take care.. also drink cautiously!

then you shouldn't have drank so darn much and saved me some. lol

In all honesty,(I saw this on TV. ) have some honey on some bread or a cracker, it will cure the hangover.

Also try peanut butter on some bread it will also help.

Stay hydrated.

I drink lots of water before I drink. I also eat acidic and fatty foods. Ex. eggs, pickles, pickled vegetables, pork products, etc. This helps you consume more alcohol with less effects.

Throughout the night, I'll drink more water.

After my night of hardcore drinking, I'll drink at least 2 glasses of water before I sleep.

The next day, I'll wake up and drink 2 more glasses of water and perhaps some gatorade. Eat more fatty foods like an egg breakfast with sauges, bacon, etc...

Works every time.

OK - This works every time. First, try and drink some water in between alcohol (even if it's a few sips at a time) to keep you hydrated. Then, before you go to bed, take 3 Vitamin B capsules and a huge glass of water...as much water as you can take. The vitamin B rehydrates your body while you're sleeping. Have Fun & trust me, this works!

like what cupcake said, drink lots of water and take vitamin b. however, take a vitamin b BEFORE you start drinking AND before you go to bed. that is VERY important. If you take it before you start, it will have time to energize you for when you are drinking.
