Honig Sauvignon Blanc is a wonderful white wine that pretty much everyone I know loves to drink.
if he likes something sweet get Chateau St Michelle Riesling, if he likes dry Yellowtail Chardonnay is good. You could also get a nice sparkling white there are so many great sparklings to choose from, go to Total Wines, the people that work there are knowledgeable and helpful. have a great Valentine's Day!
Get a nice French Sauvignon Blanc or a Chardonnay Semillon Blend. He should enjoy either one.
