Top Shelf ** Top Flavor
Buy one airport bottle of each and see what taste best to you.
My suggestions in order of preference :
Gentleman Jack, Wild Turkey Rare Breed, Knob Creek (small batch), Jack Daniel, Crown Royal. Enjoy finding your favorite!!

I like Canadian Club, not a fan of sour mash.

Maker's Mark.

Moonshine...bout the only thing I "sip"...lol

Tuaca... But it's more of a whiskey liqueur... Hmm wiki says it's brandy based... Not how I remember it. Oh well.

Your best tasting whisky is going to be Bourbon. Canadian whiskey is blended and weak compared to a good Bourbon. I like Wild Turkey Rare Breed, another really good one is Blanton's Single Barrel. In fact all single barrel Bourbons are meant to be sipped either on the rocks or neat.

Caol Ilsa or Lagauvoulin they are Scottish but they are whiskies!

Wild Turkey American Honey.
Sweet and tasty. Just drink it cold out of the freezer.

Crawford's Scotch is also a good sipper, and quite affordable as well. Goes good with cigars.

I love to sip bourbon...Maker's Mark goes down easy, Knob Creek is a bit complex. Most single barrel bourbons I've had are very good.

Irish Whiskey is good as well, like 18 year old Jameson.

In terms of Scotch, which I'm not as familiar with, I liked the taste of Johnnie Walker as opposed to some other lesser brands I've tried.

I've always preferred Wild Turkey.

Maker's Mark.

I would give Jameson a try, It's a little higher priced than say canadian club, but it's very smooth and goes down easy. Whatever you choose, don't cool the whiskey in the freezer, just use ice because putting it in the freezer will sour the whiskey

Jim Beam rye
