Great beer I can find in most grocery stores?!
What are your suggestions?
Answers: I'm looking for a really good beer that I can buy in just about any grocery store. Something I won't be disappointed with. It doesn't have to be dirt cheap, but don't necessarily want to spend a small fortune on a 6 pack.....
What are your suggestions?
If you're looking in the grocery store, your best bet would be any of the Sam Adams beers, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Leinenkugel's, or a high-end import like Hoegaarden or Hacker-Pschorr Weisse.
Most grocery stores now offer a sorta-decent selection of local or regional beers, but your best bet for good beer is to go to a beer store.

Whatever you do, don't waste your time on stuff like Miller Chill, Heineken, Stella Artois, Bass, Corona, Tecate, etc.
These are just as bad, if not worse (Heineken) than mass-produced domestics like BudMillerCoors.
I applaud your decision to experiment with Better Beers, and I hope you find what you are looking for.

(Edit)
Great Boxton... obviously there are a ton of amazing beers out there. We all know the best beers in the world aren't sold in a supermarket. The ones I listed are Better Beers (maybe not the best) and they are readily available. Plus, the websites listed will guide drinkers to great beer stores, and great beer...
I like New Castle.
miller chill....i love it
corona
Corona... that is an awesome beer. Tecate is good too. You might also want to try Miller Chill.
Iron City tall boys. Use it to wash down cheap whiskey.
Negro Mondello
miller chill
corana newcasle pickl
Haven't seen one good answer yet. I don't know where you are located and I am not lucky enough to live in a state where you can buy beer in a grocery store so I don't know what would be available or not. I gave a list of good beers in that other question I asked that you answered. Check there ("What are your reasons to not try good beer" or something like that)
Try Heinecken.
Sam Adams - Winter Lager
Labatt's Blue, I love it. Six pack will run you about $6-$7. It's a good tasting Canadian Pilsner though.
Every area has their own selections which are almost always reasonably priced. Like here in Ohio we have Great Lakes Brewing Company and Columbus Brewing Company in six packs at very reasonable prices ($6-7). So my suggestion is to see what the most local 6-pack you can get is.
Aside from that, here are some pretty good brands with a pretty broad distribution range and decent pricing...
Goose Island (IPA, Oatmeal Stout, Honker's Ale, Kolsch...)
Gordon Biersch (Hefeweizen, Lager...)
Rogue (St. Rogue Red, Dead Guy Ale, Mocha Porter...)
New Belgium (Fat Tire Ale, 2 Below...)
Stone (IPA, Ruination, Arrogant Bastard...)
Dogfish Head (60 Minute, 90 Minute, Shelter Pale...)
Flying Dog (In Heat Wheat, Road Dog, Snakebite IPA...)
Then of course there's Sam Adams and Sierra Nevada.
Don't be discouraged by a seemingly expensive 6-pack though. Most of the time craft beer is stronger than macro brands so you're almost directly paying for the difference in the strength of the beers and thus for more ingredients. Also when you start bargain shopping for beer you'll wind up getting expired or spoiled beer which will not only suck for you financially, but it will also portray otherwise good beers in a bad light.
warsteiner is awesome.......
Hey Old School...Personally, I think that you might enjoy Anchor Steam. It has a really bold and unique taste. I suppose I might also be a little bias since it is made here in my home town, San Francisco.
Enjoy!
