What is a unique beer you have tried? And what made it unique?!

Question: Hey Alesmith... Kuhnhenn Raspberry Eisbock is outstanding! I have 2 bottles from this year, and a bottle of '04 vintage I'm going to vertical taste. All of Kuhnhenn's beers are outstanding! Brett and Eric are good people and friends of mine...
1994 Sam Adams Triple Bock, consumed last year (aged 13 years!) Absolutely amazing! Like a maple-port or something...
2005 Sam Adams Utopias (25.6% alcohol - world's strongest beer) - had it at the brewery in Boston... not available for tourists!
2004 vintage Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA (consumed 2 months ago - aged 4 years!) - absolutely outstanding! This hop bomb was smoothed out nicely after 4 years, but the 100+ IBUs were still apparent, as was the 21% alcohol!
Hoppy Halloween Pumpkin Pie IPA (my own homebrew) - not to sound cocky, but better than any pumpkin beer I've ever had, and mixed with the wonderful flavors of the best IPAs!
Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier (Germany) - A smoked beer! This was the first I had of this style, and still the best. Malts are smoked before brewing, and the aroma is almost like bacon! Awesome breakfast beer!
Ring of Fire by Dragonmead Microbrewery (Warren, MI) - brewed with 3 different varieties of Hot Peppers (Habanero, Jalapeno, and one other I can't remember). At first sip it tasted like a nicely balanced golden ale, then the heat from the peppers crept up the back of your throat. Hot Damn!!
Incinerator Doppelbock from Two Brothers Brewing Co (Illinois) - An outstanding high-gravity double-bock with the addition of white peppercorns for a unique flavor! Awesome with spicy German sausages!

I tried "Blue Moon" wheat beer - made by Coors. It was awful!

I had a Mackeson's XXX Stout once. I really liked it, it's a very dark beer that has a really nice taste. It was kind of like an oatmeal stout, but it didn't have a bitter aftertaste.

Persian Bomba....
Its made out of Honey,Rice, Grain and Barley.

And the taste... You can tell off the name.

IT BEATS CANCER! <_<

A beer at a Monastery in Switzerland made by the monks who lived there. It was fantastic. They do not sell it, they just make it to drink.

Japanese Beer. I think its made from Rice I could be wrong

1 From a bottle - it was contaminated by the nasal fluid secreted while I was trying not to vomit.

2 See answer to question 1.

Saison Dupont.

has "barnyard aromas"

you'd have to try it to understand.

stone brewery sand diegeo IPA
dog fish head deleware 190 IPA
they are pricey, but they taste great with their crazy hops. "It'll get you drunk!!!"

flying dog brew...the name made It unique

i actually really enjoyed it

its a micro brew based out of colorado or somewhere out there

Old Tom Strong Ale by Robinsons. It's 8.5% but very smooth. I'm enjoying a bottle right now actually.

Blue moon is really good if the bar tender poors it correctly... and it must be served with an orange slice.. the orange totally changed the flavor. (you should try it again tardis)

Rogue makes a buckwheat ale that is brewed with buckwheat instead of hops. That's pretty unique I guess.

"Old Heathen" by Weyerbacher

I bought it at Christmas for my brother and ended up really liking it. It's a very rich stout. I generally don't care for stouts but there's something about this one.

All the Chimay beers and Corsendonk. They are brewed in the Trappist monk style. Chimay has almost a Champagne style to it, it almost has a effervescence to it. Corsendonk has a very chocolaty taste almost, it's very full. The monks would drink these ale's when they would fast. Try them all!!!.

Boddingtons. It had a nice creamy taste!

Pumpkin ale by Buffalo Bill in Hayward ca MMMMM spicy

Dixie Brewing Company in New Orleans made a beer called White Moose - it was a white chocolate flavored beer. It tasted like a white chocolate flavored beer. I never could think of anything you would want to drink it WITH but it was kind of okay by itself as a dessert...

Troegs Mad Elf - Probably the best holiday beer I've ever had. A lot of the holiday brews have strong ginger flavors, but this one was different........and it's 11% alcohol, so it insures a very Merry Christmas.

The most unique commercial beer I've ever had was probably Kuhnhenn's Raspberry Eisbock since for one eisbock is pretty rare, for two flavored eisbock is even more rare, for three it's a limited release, and finally it comes in a really slick bottle.

The most unique commerical beer I've ever HEARD of would have to go to the OPB (the original p*ssy beer, I kid you not). It was a beer brewed by a female and along with standard brewer's yeast she cultivated her own vaginal yeasts for the fermentation. Disgusting but true.

My fiance drinks all kinda of weird beers that I've never heard of until I met him but I've tried tons of them:
Oberon (not sure if that's how you spell it), blue moon, harvest moon, Sam adams- winter lager, october fest, white ale, light, and we got a holiday variety pack with all kind of weird flavors that had like hints of cranberry, chocolate and lots of others.

Banana Bread Beer made by wells
tastes exactly like banana bread

The most unique beer I ever tried is the one I tried just now. It is unique because this is the only time I will ever drink it.

BUD-WISE-ER

Just the the way it taste
