anything around the price of patron is too expensive!!!!!!!!!!

I just told someone else that sauza is an excellent moderately priced tequila. It's what I buy to have tequila on hand. I'm not laying out the money for Patron for my house brand.

patron

Yes Sauza is good tequila.
Jose Cuervo is good more stronger tho.
Cazadores is a good one too.

Cuervo gold is good and not too expensive

I like the yellow bottle one and I forgot the name. What is the name of the one with a gold medal? Any Europeans or Africans who might know the answer to this???

If making mixed drinks, Jose Cuervo is adequate. When doing shots, I prefer Cabo Wabo or Patron.

Don Julio Reposado goes for about $50, really good, not outrageously expensive.

You can't go wrong with Cuervo (either gold or silver) For the price, it's probably the best. And Rick Bayless (Frontera Grill in Chicago and numerous tv cooking shows) recommends it as well.

Personally, I LOVE Patron too, but I know it is expensive.

It depends on what you are using the tequila in. If you have a margarita machine, Sauza is good...that's what we used in the restaraunt I worked at in ours. If it is for a margarita that isn't from the machine, I would do a Cuervo. You really can't go wrong with that. I use Cuervo in my Tequila Sunrises too. I hope that helped.

I think sauza's pretty good.

Tesoro de don Felipe

Patron is the best tequila. There's a $20 dollarish size out there but for some reason they keep it behind the counter.
